I'm one of those fans who loved Jack O'Neill and Daniel best - slash or friendship didn't much matter. So I bought all of the dvds for the first 7 seasons of SG1, and then, somehow, stopped buying, always promising myself to pick up the final 3 seasons soon.... Even after Daniel returned, the storylines didn't really grab me although I taped them and dvr'd them and watched them - mostly falling asleep, but still....

So, this movie doesn't really grab my interest, unfortunately. Which I'm very sorry about. I'd love to support the franchise, especially as the sales of The Ark of Truth might impact on future Stargate Atlantis movies.... But I agree with icarusancalion in my attraction to the Goa'uld (Apophis, Baal, etc.) and real lack of attraction for the Ori and the Ori storyline.
