Rupert went to school today wearing the top to DH's old navy uniform!
It fit almost perfectly by my standards. the sleeves were a tad long, but the shirt wasn't baggy. The deep navy wool contrasted nicely with his golden brown hair. He had a white tee underneath, and his nicest, darkest jeans on too.
I wore the entire uniform a few years ago as a halloween costume. It fit me really well then, which was about 10 lbs ago.
Anyway, Rupert looked super-handsome going out the door. He said, "this is so cool! I'm never going to buy my own clothes again!" LOL He's been having a lot of fun raiding our closet full of out-grown stuff.
Apparently his friends thought it was cool too. And Mavis agreed that he looked really handsome too. I just wonder what all the middle school girls thought of the guy in uniform. ::g::
