Trip Report: Irving/Las Colinas, TX (not bad, some good pics, BBQ)
Trip Report: Ft Lauderdale/Miami Stadium (relaxing, luxurious, and pretty. Nice stadium, except Jumbotron was annoyingly cluttered, good food)
Trip Report: Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral (OMG so amazing, I was teary-eyed all day, but Debby delayed the Delta launch til the day after we left)
Movie Reviews: Have now watched all the pre-Avengers movies in this order: Captain America, Thor, Iron Man 1 & 2, Hulk. Am still working on getting to the theater for the Avengers experience. DH and the girl watched them all with me, and we all enjoyed them.
Music Reviews: I can has the newest releases from Adam Lambert and Kris Allen (Adam's has a much more consistent theme/feel this time, but it hasn't grown on me yet, Kris' has had a lot more play in my car. They've both matured nicely.)

hoosierbitch , autoschediastic , devildoll , dira , severina , rivers_bend , you are all my new favorites! Even if you were old favorites. Even when you write vampire fic (!) in fandoms for which I have no canon (you know who you are), or generally any fic for which I have no canon background. Also, babyfic will never be the same.
All Star Game: NL, you are the bomb!
What part of "I'm a Construction Manager, not an Engineer" did you not understand? The hilarious adventures of the clueless head-hunter.
How being a mom to a 22 yr old woman looks from this side, or, I think I did/I'm doing OK (not so sure about the boy though-apparently knowing "what boys like" doesn't prepare you to mother them).
The car: $700 later, it will probably last another 2 yrs. Replacement is pretty much picked out - Subaru Outback.
Why does all the expensive shit happen the same month the property taxes are due? Our bi-annual descent into cash-poor panic.
To relo, or not to relo: I miss my family, but they are starting to decentralize. Now what? Plus, I love my city, even if I hate the current regime. Concerts on the Square and Farmer's Market, how are you so awesome?
Book review: The Power of Full Engagement, Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal, by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz - I have thinky thoughts I havent thunk yet.
Health: not bad, but I've become a couch potato. How do I get back off the couch?
That's just the ones I haven't started. There are also a few WIPs. Is it any wonder I don't write fic?
