Some of these are very generic.  I'd think the list would broaden your horizons.  I mean, tapas, kebabs, bbq, pasta, curry - there are so many different varieties of these.  I love yellow curries.  I've never tried green.
I'd say, if you eat meat, you should do Organic Beef at least once.  Candied Orange and Lemon peel the way [livejournal.com profile] cfxjosh  makes them are sublime.  Shrimp & Grits!  Avocado!  Homemade Ice Cream - vanilla or fresh peach or peppermint made with chopped candy canes.  Death by Chocolate Flourless Cake.  Champagne.  Ceviche.  Rabbit.  Artichokes.  Cioppino.  Hmmm - some of the CA girl in me seems to be leaking out ::g::  Belgian Ale.  Truffles.  Foie Gras. Triple cream Brie, Gorgonzola, Aged Cheddar or Gouda - what happened to the cheeses? Soft-shell crab, which is entirely different from #8.  Ostrich. Morels.

What have I missed?
