Monday Report ::pout::
Dang it! Not only did I not keep off those extra couple of pounds, I gained back enough that I am now only 5 lbs down from my starting weight which is also 2 lbs more than P-weight.
The weekend binge really did me in. And with xmas coming, I know I'll be lucky to just maintain this level. We've got Solstice Dinner on Wed, then xmas eve will be a seafood extravaganza, with pate' and champagne for santa, then xmas day will be eggnog pancakes and mimosas for breakfast, fondue for lunch, and roast lamb with mashed potatoes and other sides for dinner, finishing off with Hagen Daas (sp?) for dessert. Not to mention all the candy, cookies and other assorted naughtiness all weekend long. ::sigh::
Also, how unfair is it that yesterday at the liquor store, we stumbled across Fuller's London Pride for $5.99/six? Of course we had to get two! Not to mention the New Glarus IPA and Lindeman's Cherry Lambic, the Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau that made their way home with us. This after last week's TWO types of vodka, and half the previous beer run still in the fridge. At least the bar is well-stocked now.
