Recs for Sand - Stargate Atlantis links
Hey, sasha_feather ! I found those links finally. Sheesh, I'm sorry I mis-remembered astolat linking to them but here they are:
Double Bed byicarusancalion and missing scene by resonant8 are both fanfics of A Beautiful Lifetime Event. The first one is rated G-ish, the second is definitely NC-17.

And finally, In the City of Seven Walls byauburnnothenna I don't even know where to begin with this one. It's huge. It's intense. It's got lots of the pretty and the sex, sure, but it also has lots of realism. What goes on in the mind of someone who's a prisoner or slave? At what point do they accept their fate? If they're "rescued" after acceptance has been achieved, can they really go back home? Can they go back even before acceptance? Exactly where will home be at that point? It makes you think. This story asks the big hard questions and doesn't gloss over the answers.
