FIAWOL

Tonight for dinner, I made a lamb curry and roasted cauliflower.  And the whole time I was making it, I was plagued by the thought that Hathaway would have made this for Lewis on one of those many dinner nights in Quick As You Like by dracofiend.

This is either a sign of a serious problem, or proof that I am an accomplished cook who can take inspiration from just about anything.  Guess which one I'm going with.

DH really liked the curry, and was pleased I'd used the homegrown beet greens as well, so I'll probably be repeating this or variations thereof in the future.
